Description

The app contains the descriptions from Wikipedia for all 1,625 bird species that occur in Southern Africa.
In addition to the texts, the app also includes a picture for each bird species, a map showing the distribution for just under half, and more than 200 audio samples.

The free app shows only the 30 most important species. You can unlock all species via In-App purchase, country by country.

Once the app is installed, it does not require any Internet connection. Indispensable in the African bush.
