Fixes bugs for booking on non-standard memberships or class packs. Removes the New York City surcharge message for memberships that should properly work in New York City studios. Fixes a bug that caused interface latency between when a book button is tapped and the “you’re in” message is displayed. Updated the privacy policy link in the footer and studio phone numbers now display on the studio detail page.
