With 100+ class-style workouts to pick from, LIAISON offers pilates, HIIT, strength and stretching classes ranging from 5-60 minutes in length.
This app brings you more than just workouts, we bring you a community of like-minded women that you can connect with each month through our LIVE workouts hosted in-app!
When you start your 7-day free trial you'll be able to try out all of Stef's on-demand workouts and search for specific videos by muscle group, class type, duration, and equipment!
