Really Useful but with 2 things to improve

The app is very useful. I can be working and practising every time I have 5 free min. The texts are also prepared for supporting the use of online apple dictionaries, such as Oxford Dict. So I can check instantly for the meaning of a non so common word.

Two problems: (1) the option for sending a direct feedback on the resolution of a problem is not working. You just cant send any emails. So if u detect an error in a question, you can not let the creators know about it. (2) I upgraded to the full version cause I was finding the app very useful, but instead of being charged only the difference in price between the basic and full versions (as they claim is going to happen), I was charged the full price. And I waited for the refund, but it never appeared.
