2. Environmentally friendly: It provides a paperless process of taking attendance. Completely cuts out the use of papers for attendance and minutes of meetings.
3. Accurate time and records of person: This self-service application removes all errors attached to signing attendance at meetings. E.g. Improperly spelt names, phone numbers or emails. And gives accurate time and date record of when the attendance was taken
4. No queues at AGMs/ OGMs/ Meetings: The entire software system can take the attendance of 1,000 persons in one second. And can be extended to 10,000. Hence removing the queues to write attendance at places of meeting, AGMs and OGMs.
5. Report Intelligence: Unlike paper based attendance, this application system, provides insight into your membership attendance to events. Who, When, Where, How often, Attendance frequency, etc., are all provided for the Admins at the web backend.
