Lost all my keys

After an update I lost all my keys, then I knew the app got sold and there is a big concern about security, so I moved to another app.

Dear user,

As of July of last year, the app has a new owner. It is important to save your keys in the event of such changes. Following an update, the app now requires signing in with a new provisioning profile, which may have led to the loss of keys. If you used the iCloud sync function or exported your keys while remembering your Masterkey, all your OTP will now be restored.

We are actively working to fully grasp the situation and prevent any similar issues in the future. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that we are working on exciting new features that will be released next week.

We are fully aware of the issue and are actively working to resolve it. An update is pending that will enable users to recover their keys using iCloud storage or an offline zip file. Please stay tuned as we work through this together.
