Galaxy Bud plus y iPhone XS . .

La aplicación no reconoce a los audífonos . Solucionar ese problema. Estoy con IOS 14 y la aplicación no reconoce el dispositivo . Si se vincula mediante Bluetooth , el problema es la aplicación.

Tap on the 3 dot menu in the top right corner> Contact us> Report a problem. A prompt will appear asking to Send system log, select always. In the next page, write your problems in details, select the frequency of the issue and make sure "Send system log" box is checked. Then tap on send.

Compre sus samsung galaxy buds pero no hay aplicacion solo hay para los ultimos galaxy buds voy a tener que desechar sus productos optare por un airpod pro mejor

Dear user, this application has been developed for Galaxy Buds+ and it does not support the Galaxy Buds released last year.
Buds+ has improved its performance and usability through an enhancement of both the hardware and software. Especially, by having a new chip that has a better connectivity and memory. In addition, it is compatible with iOS devices.
Since iOS compatibility is made possible through the new chip, it is supported only for Galaxy Buds+. Also, please note that this application supports iPhone 7 and later models with iOS 10 and later versions.
