"Saudi Governance Center is the first specialized consultative center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It provides a wide set of consultative services to companies, establishments and government commissions in the filed of governance and its applications.

The Center seeks in collaboration with its partners to provide distinctive services to its customers to assist them to realize the highest standards of conformity and governance in harmony with the regulations of the Kingdom such as “Companies Governance Regulation and Family Companies Governance Regulation” to realize tangible in the daily transactions. Through providing it services the Center commits itself to provide the highest standards of quality in addition to the complete confidentiality and the authenticity of positive results.

The APP allows clients to login and answer tailormade questionnaires and take part in surveys which will generate comprehensive reports for them to analyze and improve their corporate governance and its its applications."
