Descripción

When learning a foreign language some words are much more important than others. It often happens that, when looking up a word in a dictionary, we're posed with the question of whether we want to record it and remember it for later use. This raises the question: which words are worth remembering?

That is where this dictionary app enters the picture. We have ranked and recorded the top 50,000 most common words in the Spanish language being used today. Every time you look up a word in this dictionary app, you are also presented with the word's exact frequency and a visual bar showing the word's frequency rank.

You can save words to review later in a quiz/review function built right into the app. Also, you can delete words in your saved words list once you feel you're sufficiently familiar with them.

Sample sentences showing real usage of the word are provided as well!

Finally, you can submit/look up verbs in their conjugated and un-conjugated (infinitive forms): they are ranked as well and you'll get separate frequency rankings for conjugated and infinitive forms of verbs.

The app now provides possible suggestions regarding spelling and other details regarding their search. It also stops the search after five seconds when no entry is found in the database and informs the user.
