Our HIIT, Strength Training, and Pilates-Inspired workout utilizes the Lagree Fitness Method, Megaformer, and the VersaClimber to effectively combine Strength, Endurance, Balance, Core, Mobility, and Cardiorespiratory training, not only in one session but in every move. It is intense on the muscles, but low to zero impact and safe on the...... joints, spine, and connective tissues.

NEW CLIENTS:
- New Clients must arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class. No Exceptions.
- Grip socks are required for all classes. You may bring your own pair or purchase them at the studio for $17.00 + tax ($18.40).
