The Maintain app provides an easy-to-use interface that allows for rapid tracking of new issues and updating of existing ones. Whether you’re looking to address defects, leaks, or building system features, the Maintain app makes tracking simple and fast. With data managed through the cloud, an entire building can be maintained proactively from your office or on the roof!

The Maintain Monthly Subscription is required to get access to projects on Maintain. The subscription automatically renews with the price and duration given below unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
