LedgerDocs is a cloud-based document management application that helps bookeepers and accountants receive, manage, and collaborate on their client's documents.
Our LedgerDocs mobile application allows bookkeepers and their clients to upload and share documents on the go! Simply take a photo of your document, select the company, and upload to LedgerDocs.
The new LedgerDocs mobile application has an improved user interface and user experience that ultimately simplifies and facilitates the way you and your clients receive, manage and collaborate on documents.
Here are a few of the highlights:
▪ A New and Simplified Scanner that gives you greater control over your scans and ensures capturing your documents is as easy as possible.
▪ A Review Page where you can view and interact with documents before uploading them. Now you can zoom in and out of your documents to inspect their content and quality, and delete documents easily.
▪ Improved capabilities to handle poor network conditions. A few of our fellow LedgerDoc-ers experienced issues while using the previous mobile app under poor network conditions. The new mobile app has been redesigned to address these issues and respond well to poor network conditions internet connection.
