What’s New

Version 2409.2

FIXED
- After you created a work order in the app, you might have noticed that the answers on the interactive troubleshooting questions were not visible in the work order description in Service Automation. We’ve brought them back to life.
- On the Filter WOs screen, searching for work orders created 12 months ago, you saw the search result stops on the 9 month ago. The date filter setting now works as expected.
- Previously, when you tried to scan an asset from another location, you saw a misleading error message stating that no assets with a matching tag could be found. The only option you had was to associate the tag with an existing asset. In this case, you'll now see the error message asking you to update the asset location as it is expected.
- The app crashed while creating a work order you tried to add an attachment and minimised the app simultaneously. Now, you're getting an error message saying that not all attachments were successfully uploaded.
