Challenging but balanced

Well the progression on this app is much more manageable, it will still be challenging and probably will get sore or not.Are you still able to do your chores for the rest of the day and tomorrow you would think that you’re much more stronger than yesterday, this is what kind of challenge it is.The controls are simple. The navigation is easy. You can track your daily progression. You cannot skip days but you can repeat previous days. I think the only way you can cheat if you can just check the big box but why open this anyway if you’re going to do that. So overall this is a great app.

Great app

this actually works, after a month you really notice a difference. if you have pancake buns like me better download this exercise you really have to motivate yourself everyday because in some days you tend to be lazy til’ the laziness continues for a few days and now you’re slacking off and back on the couch. if you hate starting over i suggest, don’t quit. keep going. this works, after a month you get bored with just squatting you might even start searching for workout videos in youtube like [me]. just be patient if you wanna get buns. this app is a hugeeeee help. you’ll see results trust this app i use this and i still use it now.
