@kevs13 ,

Great app for running

I have been using this app for about 2 years now and helped me so much in my running career. I’ve been through ups and downs with my running life and this app was always there. Even reminded me to run or do even just a little work out when I stopped running and going to the gym. Great thing with this app is that you can check your history and progress in every run that you had specifically with the distance, time and pace. I also love that you can navigate and control your music while in the app. Plus, the voice coach is all for free now and keeps reminding your statistics in every kilometres you’ve reached. In addition, this app have recorded my major running events and that’s very important to me, that way I will be able to check how much I have progress and reminisce every moment on that run. I just love, loved this app so muchh ❤️❤️❤️

Could be a lot better

I like some aspects of this app; however, as a free user, there really isn’t any incentive to upgrade and buy the full program. I’m in the new target demographic for these types of apps in SEA, in my 50s. I’ve recently returned to jogging and working out after working at home for an extended period of lock-down has taken its toll.

I believe the UX could be a lot better, with highlights of each run broken down into categories of best or better performance from previous sessions. I’d like it if the app made a point of telling where I improved or what points in my run have improved. This way I know where my performance starts lacking during my work-out.

I finish my run and it goes straight to sending a message or rating my own performance. I’m not interested in that as I’m about to have a heart attack, I just want to know how i did on my run and how that compares to past performance, am I seeing improvement that would incentivize me to keep working out and more importantly using the app.

Listening to music is great but as a new user and someone getting “back” into shape, the pop-up to ask if I want to listen to tunes middle of my run just annoys me as I’m battling up the last 500 meters and want to know how much more agony I have left to endure.

I love the brand, it’s been with me since my early days but I think it needs to move away from boxy clunky-ness and move to more streamline intuitive engagement.

Thanks for listening!

Profile Photo

I don’t know what changed but I could not switch my profile picture properly and I am not even getting any error messages why my picture is not being accepted. I have tried changing my picture 10x and other pics are working except for some pics.
