I find it useless
Sorry, developers. It’s too hard for me to edit details on my account, like room availability and price change. I find the website more helpful than this. Please make an update and fix this.
Hangs and interface is not friendly and the layout is not good for iPhones
The app usually hangs especially the chat with guest feature. And on iPhone the screen is top big that the back arrow overlaps with the back arrow of the phone on the upper left. Also the text that shows on the chat box is the script text that i think you’re only supposed to see if you are the programmer of the app. And it just keeps loading but never loads. It’s a buggy app.

Totally useless
How this app can have a score over 4 is beyond me. There is literally nothing that can be done in this app. Every time I log in it wants me to fill out name, phone number and upload a profile picture. All the sudden when I log in I have 3 properties for sale LoL. There is no calendar sync with other services and it cannot sync to a phone calendar. I’m seriously having second thoughts and might cancel and erase my hotel from Agoda. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a poorer app.
