Can log in on website but cannot on the app
Same thing happened to me like on the first review. Is this app for the Philippines? If yes, why can’t we access it? If not, when do you plan to make an app? Other insurance company has already made their app to make their clients access their accounts easier. Please do something about this.
Horrible
I cannot log in on the app but I am able to on the website! The main problem though is I cannot even check my policy even in the website but it just keep saying “ we are unable to process any transaction right now …”. What is this? I really want to check my policy details!!!!!!!!n
App cannot be accessed
Just updated everything from all the instructions they provided, i still cant log in using this app. Only through web browser login gets through
