Too Expensive in Changing future flight
I booked yesterday my Flight and i changed the date since my Boss approved my leave earlier. I thought i’ll just add for each of the exceeding amount of my former fare but the penalty fee is too expensive 😔 I hope this could be lower. I’m sorry not everyone can afford to pay everything just to be with their family. 😔 I haven’t been with family for one and half year now since i just give them my money instead of paying plane tickets. I hope this could be heard. 😔

Airasia Philippines is the worst, I only have a simple problem that needs fixing. I tried to contact Chat with Bo many times and your live agents keeps ending the conversation for no good reason, I didn’t even get the chance to type my concerns. Plus your mobile app is not very user friendly it’s hard to use. Going back to my concern, I did manage to contact 1 agent, told her everything what happened but she gave me a vague answer, not very helpful and she was completely rude. There is no willingness to help. So I got tired of messaging Bo for help and went directly to your office and see if there is someone who could help me or at-least talk to a person, but I was wrong, not just your chat support that was rude but also your office employees. They made me feel like I did something wrong or that I was stupid. I can’t believe the experience that I been through, I just decided to find another flight with another airline. I’am never flying with Airasia anymore. I prefer to pay more with other airlines than get treated like this by your employees. It’s hard to get good customer services. Your website and mobile app was easier back then.
Cancellation refund and booking experience is worst.
As a 1st time book flights with airasia i has high hope even i heard so many rumor about this agency. I gave benefit of doubt but i had it worst.
I had emergency flight that i book for my mom. But then we got issue so what we did is we had to talk to airport rep to process the request but the to change and book us another flight that is straight from our destination the app shows straight way but after booking it and pay for it. Alot change in the flight. So what we did is talk to the rep from the airport to cancel the flight. I made sure that the flight are not processed so within 10 mins in talking to them to stop the booking but then keep on pointing us to other rep that takes 1 1/2 that means that all was set in the booking and i can no longer change anything on it.i still request for changes but they still keep on pointing fingers on people for you to talk to. This still keeps on going upto this day. Even in chat support. The status of my flight still the same and not process to whom can help me please im begging i need the refund
