Scam?
Today is June 10, 2021. The last review you had about this bug that people are partaking and not getting compensated in your 15 to 30 min surveys was last October of 2020 or later. Wherein you tell customers that we didn’t meet your clients requirements or a sudden error on the very last part of the survey. It doesn’t take months to fix this type of issue where in you’ve already addressed to fixing. You’re just scamming us! Because if you’re not. How come we never get compensated?

Hello Poytrin! The Incentive is offered only for successfully completed surveys. If you fail to qualify in a survey points are not rewarded as that data will not be used for the research as it is not considered valid. Bug
so i took on a 20 mins+ survey worth 4000 points it was the new products survey if i remember correctly, after i finished the survey it went back to dashboard without giving me the 4000 points, i didn't get an error or anything of the sort. I finished the survey to the end but where'd my points go? and i can't take on the survey anymore so i'm pretty sure i finished it. but my point balance didn't add. what gives ;//
