HOW DOES THE ATOME APP WORK?

2. Make payment. Atome automatically splits your purchase into 3 equal payments. Pay the first payment at the point of purchase. The next two payments will be spread across the next 30 days. No interest fees or hidden charges.
3. Check bills. Check the status of your payment schedule under “Bills” in the app. You will also be informed when your payment cycle is complete.

Super love this app! I used my debit card for the one-time registration and now I have 0% installment option to buy from a lot of brands. I specially like that all the brands partnered with Atome are really premium and would say are my go-to stores like SM, Rustan’s, Zalora, Watsons, Aldo, La Senza, and even Jo Malone! Never had issues with payment too, very efficient 🥰
Rude Customer Agent
I’ve been granted to be able to have the Lazpay later by the lazada together with the Atome. It was an easy experience, and I know that there were a 2 grace period to settle the outstanding balance which means I can still pay in the 18th of the month as long as it wont exceed the 18th. I was planning to pay this 18th and on 17th, an agent from atome called me and advise me to pay the outstanding amount today, not tomorrow but today. And I was confuse since tomorrow is the 18th so I can still pay my outstanding balance without any overdue fee so I told her I will pay tomorrow but she threatens me that if I wont pay today, I will immediately get the overdue fee. OMG. Is this how your agent treats your customer?
Declined Card
I’m gonna give the app 3-star review for now. You may have a card on file for auto-debit repayments but the card would always say DECLINED even if has funds on it. If you click PAY NOW the payment would be declined so I have to consistently delete and add the card that I use. I always pay the repayments a few days before the due date because of this known issue. I read some of the reviews and it seems like they experienced the same and charged late payment fee.
