Whenever I need the app and open it, it’s either down or for maintenance. Also, please find a way to make the app easier to upload photos of documents for iOS users

APP HAS LOTS OF GLITCH, AVEGA VERY DELAYED IN RESPONDING TO REQUESTS
I filed a request for diagnostics. May isang diagnostic center I selected na walang available doctor which is fine because I only need the tests. Pinapapili ako ng doctor when wala ngang doctor sa selected diagnostic center so hindi ako makapagproceed! I tried doing an express request. I was able to finally send a request and got the confirmation that they would give me the files I’ll be needing to proceed within 24 hrs pero wala sila binigay. 5 araw na, wala pa rin. Napakabagal din ng app nila. May mga buttons na swertihan kung gagana o hindi. The design of the app and their service need a lot of improvement! Simpleng pagfill out ng fields hindi maayos because they are requiring unanswerable fields in order to proceed.

Terrible UX
1. Inconvenient Log in. They have no way to store login info so you can login easily the next time, they only have email OPT which you will receive in your company email and I only have 60sec to provide it— such a hassle bec I usually access this outside business hours and I don’t have access to my work email, I had to log in TWICE and go through the painful process TWICE because I waived the PW change. I always received that waive PW alert.
2. Useless econsult form request feature! It won’t let me add the doctor, the search doctor function is not working!
Overall, such a pain to use.
