Great in the beginning
Bought this item 2 years ago. In its first year it was excellent. I am so satisfied with everything until after a year I experienced some glitches in the video while recording. Kept choking and I notice when it heats up especially during daytime where the sun is so bright and hot, the rear view camera keeps on disconnecting and keeps on choking and glitching.
Called the customer service, it’s unfortunate because they advised me to send the item (to China, Im from the Philippines) to check it out. That’s the downside, when the technical support is needed most, but sadly it can’t be done unless you send back the item.
