Problems for certain IOS users

I along with a handful of individuals can’t open the app completely. We experience such that the second we open the app, it kind of “crashes”. A couple of hours prior to this, the game was working perfectly. I have seen and re-evaluated that the specs of my iPad has met the requisites and can support the game properly, yet this happens. I hope that this issue can be resolved soon and thank you if you are to take action for this, have a good day!

Facebook Binding

Before I got a new phone, I bound my data to my FB account but when I logged in on my new phone, the game had me go through the tutorial again and killed off my previous data. It’s really frustrating, I’ve only played for a few days but all those SR ships that I got... The game is pretty addicting though but the FB bind is my only problem that’s why it’s 4 stars.

EDIT: I was an idiot. I didn’t know that there are different data for each server. I didn’t notice that there was a new server. My previous account is now lost but I don’t mind it now. This game is simply so addicting. 5/5 ! Keep up the good work!

I have a problem w my Amagi

I was rearranging my fleets and removed Amagi from the fleet to my put her into another one. When I click to put her into a fleet, the screen starts showing a loading screen. I’ve waited for 10 minutes and it still hasn’t finished loading. I’ve tried to restart my app and it didn’t work. It still keeps doing that whenever I put Amagi into a fleet. I tried setting amagi as my secretary to see what happens but it then just made my whole screen load and upon restarting my game, the loading screen takes over and I can’t do anything now pls help
