Shipping delay
It is mentioned in the app that if you will order before 12:00noon it will be same day delivery but it never happens! Even for next day delivery none! So disappointed with it. Even if you already recieved an sms that your package will be delivered on this day still shipping company fetchr says oh sorry we dont know when it will be delivered as we have system glitch we cant tell when that sms is incorrect and we will just call you if it’s on the way.
So disappointing!
Very poor customer service!!
Next day delivery is fake!!! Customer service will pretend that they cannot hear you!
You will end up waiting again until they deliver as they know that you don’t have a choice but to wait!!
