I love this Game so much

Hello, I need help.
I was at around level 20 when I update my ios to 13.2.2 and now I couldn’t recover my account. Yes it does log me in and recognizes my account but then it doesnt give me back the progress I was before the update ☹️😞😢😭

Accidentally use gems

Can you at least give us additional confirmation for the use of gems? It's so irritating how many times I accidentally press the gems. And you have poor recognition of touch. I was pressing the icon for an oven and yet it will press the oven close to it which was cooking and then tada accidentally pressed the gem. I read many complaints about it and yet you don't seem to care about your users. I might delete this soon. I just want to make my bakery look cool and I will delete it afterwards. How can I even afford to get another floor if I can't save my gems. Besides, I think it's your tactic for your users to spend money for gems but hell be with you coz I won't be fooled by it. Thanks for a good game!
