Come to think of this, instead of us having our convenience of having online cash in but we still have to go to their shop to cash in. Could you please have your partnership with the banks to use their app for the cash in thru their app? Maybe in your next update. Looking forward to that. By the time you already have that, i will give you 5-star rating! Thank you and keep developing!

Payment not reflecting / poor customer service
Never going to use this app again. I tried paying my cable bill using my card last Thursday. I was already on the confirmation page that my payment went through and the reference number for the transaction but due to an error on my end I accidentally went back before I can take a screenshot the reference number. I tried waiting for a few mins because based on experience I would get a text and email as receipts as well but didn’t get any and the amount I paid plus their service fee was already deducted on my account. I already sent an email for assistance 5 times over the last few days but didn’t even get any response until now. I find it really “convenient” that on the occasion I wasn’t able to get any copy of the confirmation number that my payment didn’t post as well. Bayad center, I need answers on how my lost payment will be credited back to my account. Such lousy customer service on your part
USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS
This is a follow-up on the first review that I posted... It’s been almost a month and Bayad Center Team still haven’t done anything about my complaint. No response, no action, no nothing!
My goodness, this is very frustrating. I kept on calling the contact numbers posted on the app and on the website, all the representatives colud tell me was “Sorry, we are just a third party team. We will forward your concern to the head office”! BS! I kept on emailing and the only response I’m getting is a cliché apology informing me that they are processing my request! What the hell did you do with my money?! What kind of service is this?! If you cannot post my payment to the utility provider, then for Pete’s sake, please credit back MY money to my account.
Again, this is very disappointing. Put yourselves in my shoes... What will you feel if you were to beg for YOUR OWN money?!
