I cannot pay my pagibig housing loan it keeps on telling me the bill date format which I cant indicate because there is no option for you to input the bill date.

I use this app already before to pay my pagibig housing loan and this is the first time I experienced this after the recent update.

Hope you fix this soon.

I used Bayad center app to pay my home credit loan. It was successfully processed and a reference number was also shown in the app. After 2 days the funds still not posted, I checked their Facebook page and I saw someone commented with the same situation, so I also commented the SS of the payment I made. The FB admin said to send them a direct message so I did. I sent them more than 5 messages, but they just seen my messages. I sent them an email to raise my concern with the details of my payment and ask them to just return my money. The following day my funds were back and when I tried to withdraw it my account shows Basic and I needed to upgrade it to be able to withdraw/send a funds. But the day that I created an account I upgraded it right away and got approve the following day and every time I clicked upgrade now it will route me to the page where it shows the benefits of upgrading your account and it was showing my account was upgraded.

This app is very useless! The whole team lacks of everything! They don't even respond to Facebook and their support team is no help at all.

Old bayad center app user.

Gamit ko yung old version ng bayad center app. Meron aqng refund doon worth 800 pesos. 9 months n pero on process pdin pag tinatanong q status through email. Sna nman maprocess na yun. Antagal n nun.

everytime na i-email ko yung detail, still on process pdin daw to the concerned department. Same lang ang isinasagot sa akin. Nakakainis na.

Paki-follow-up naman yung refund q last july 8, 2020 pa yun. 3 payment for smart bro. 800 x3= 2400. Then pinacancel ko yung 2 pagkatapos q makita na pumasok dn pala yung ibang binayad q na nag-error nung una. Sa smart account q, nag-reflect yung 3 payment. Before july 30, wala na yung isang 800 na binayad ko. Tinawag ko sa smart yun To verify. Walang bumalik na 800 sa bayad center app ko. Pa-ulit-ulit akong tumatawag sa inyo at nag-eemail pero parehas lang ang sagot ni ms. Jie na

For 9 months? Hindi padin ma-track ng “CONCERNED DEPARTMENT” nyo yung kailangan ko?

Pag tinanong nman kung paano ko makokontact yang CONCERNED DEPARTMENT nyo, di nyo ako masagot.
