The rest of my mobile banking apps are working just fine. I don't think my iphone is the problem here since i still have plenty of storage available. I find it frustrating whenever i need to transact using this app, it takes 4x the time it should. Also have to mention transacting in UITF before 12noon, you literally just CAN'T do that no matter how much you want to close the NAVpU on that time. I mean you can access your account through their website and all, but when you head to the trust and investments account, it will just keep on loading til eternity. Until it's past 12noon already, so bye bye deal. I know it's the leading bank in the country but I don't think they are paying much attention to their technological advancement which is very much in demand esp during this time of pandemic. I know they can do better. Stay ahead of your competitors not only on the financials.
Some nice improvements, but some misses as well
I like the new interface and the fact that the mobile app can do more now. BUT there are some glitches... When paying bills I used to be able to see the “preferred nickname” that I created for the type of bills I have, and that made it easy for me to easily spot which credit card I was paying for. This is particularly useful when you have multiple credit cards issued by one bank. It doesn’t show the nickname in the dropdown choices now; all you see is the name of the company biller which is fine if you only have one account with that biller, but multiple accounts with one biller takes longer to determine. Also, the transaction history of some accounts don’t display automatically. An error pops up and then it’s a continuous waiting game until the app hangs or you’re forced to quit the app. Please fix these bugs! Thanks!
New mobile app not Good
As I use the app my finger print verification quick balance and otp was unlinked causing major problem with me forgeting my password which the forgot password in your website was not helpful along as the otp in my mobile was unlinked forcing me to send otp to mu mobile thru sms however there’s a glitvh in your website which unable me to encode the said otp forcing me to call your customer hotline which cost me a lot as i have to make a long distance call as i am based in riyadh. Finger print option was already on however it is not working nothing happens if you press finger print only a line will appear on the password option. Font size style and layout of new is Good. Very easy to see and clear
