this is what I am looking for

I’ve been looking for an app where to put my personal medical records and this is the only app I see that matches my needs. I am planning to buy the full version. Maybe some suggestions on exporting events data or have a better view of events/lab testshistory and adding a template for doctors so we dont manually input their names anymore and this is gonna be great.

Need refund

The app is not working even if i pay it already. Everytime i will create an account it will automatically disconnect and shut the app. Refund!!!
