Great customer service support

I had an issue with the app since it doesnt allow me to access content after subscribing. I sent a chat through their whatsapp account and the solution they gave me allowed me instant access right away, which is really great. Plus, the stories and graphics in the app were just wonderful. I highly suggest this app to read to your kids.

Developers and team easily accessible

A few days ago, subscribers encountered a problem whereby we were not able to access the stories. It was really a good thing that the developers and team did a quick fix!

They are highly accessible and courteous when dealing with their customers.
