Hello developers, please move the exit button of extra ball window away from extra ball button. They are too close to each other so most of the time i accidentally hit “extra ball button” instead of “exit button”. Im just using my phone while playing so my screen is very limited. Looking forward to get this fixed as soon as possible. Thank you.

I gave it five stars so that more people would read this as a warning before downloading this app. Please read the one star reviews too. I tried out this app cause I thought it was legit. I deposited my money from gcash to their app and it got transferred there. I was about to try their game but there was an error. I checked my money again if it was still there but when I refreshed it, it suddenly disappeared. I haven’t even tried playing their bingo game yet. I reached out to customer service for a couple of times but they kept on saying that it will be back soon and that they already reached out to the relevant team. Customer service live chat felt like you’re speaking with a bot or they give out automated replies. It’s almost a week and they still haven’t returned my money nor have I tried playing on this app because I wouldn’t dare put my money on bingoplus ever again. Please be careful guys! It would have been better if I lost the money after playing the game, because I know it’s a gamble. My deposited money in there just disappeared and no proper action, solution, and explanation was given to me by the customer service.

1. I tested this app because I am also a fan of bingo. My first deposit was 100 PHP. I had a great time at first; I won, and I also lost, a typical scenario for a gambler. Then I tried to deposit 1000 pesos, and something sketchy happened. After playing numerous games, I noticed that the gameplay was rigged. "TRUST ME, YOU WILL NEVER WIN, EVEN IF YOU BUY 500 CARDS." This is because when you buy around 500 cards for, let's say, 1000 PHP, you can also win around 500 or 750. The extra ball costs 1/3 to 1/2 of the total amount spent. For example, if you buy 100 cards for 10 pesos each, the extra ball, if you have a lot of pending winning numbers, will increase the amount from 50 pesos to 300 pesos. There are times it even reaches 500 pesos for an extra ball. TRUST ME, you will never win without buying an extra ball. 2. There are 4000 players, but most of the time, people who win fall somewhere between 3000 and 500k. They also spend almost the same amount because of the extra ball and ticket prices. So please, if you're reading this, don't play this game. ONCE YOU SIGN UP, IT'S GAME OVER. PLEASE DON'T PLAY THIS GAME. TO ANYONE WHO HAS READ THIS, PLEASE ADVISE ANYONE YOU KNOW TO NEVER TRY THIS. THE GAME WAS ALREADY PROGRAMMED THIS WAY. THEY MADE TONS OF TRIAL AND ERRORS BEFORE THEY LAUNCHED THIS APP SO THEY ALREADY KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON.
