Very poor service

First of all, after the incident, used it twice and asked if the vouchers have been applied but it seems it wasnt. This morning at Dennys ayala north exchange, i found out that the reason being was that the replacement wasnt registered (but the original card was) and i was told for me to go back where i bought it and have them handle it. Are you guys crazy? Fish and co is under renovation and where the hell am i have it fixed? It should hve been re-registered in the first place when TGIF had it replced. That must be the reason why when i checked on the app, i was logged out, and cannot get back in because the card wasnt registered and my cel no. Doesnt work. Where are jn these instances are the "customer service" that goes beyond happen? NONE. I could have appreciated it if when it was replced instructed me to reregister it again (with my inconvenience) so i can continue using the vouchers. I live the Bistro restaurants but this instances will be the last. You cannot even refund me the vouchers i wasnt able to use for those couple of visits to your restaurants!!!

This app is awful

First off, this app’s purpose is to make it easy for us members to use the app instead of having to bring the card with us. But before to do it, this app will test your patience! After multiply tries, I’m still unlucky! It kept prompting stuff like invalid email address, wrong or invalid MPIN, would ask you to fill required details- even though you clearly filled the form correctly and completely. To the developer of this app and the Bistro company, please improve this app!

app not working

Hello please assist. I am unable to register my card. the app keeps stating that the “email address” is invalid. I made sure there were no spaces. how come it does not like gmail?

The App still does not work. I guess the developer does not care. I have to remember this stupid card because the developer is on Holiday. thanks for the inconvenience. I will delete the app from my phone. Why should i give you space on my phone??
