I recently rated the app 1 star due to my horrible experience, I thought my cash-in was never going thru since it’s been a week before they have verified my transaction.
Now I changed it to 3 star since I have now received my cash-in, but it does not change the fact that your cash-in verification is very slow and tedious. I hope you guys will do better next time and improve on how you verify cash-in process.
Cash in feature...Transaction Failed
I’m using iphone7 plus, and I have updated the latest update of this app, but still I got this error message repeatedly after confirming cash in amount “TRANSACTION FAILED: Error: Something went wrong. Please try again later”.. please fix
Revolutionising the bond market
I rate it 4-star because this app revolutionises the way we buy government bonds through the use of blockchain technology. I don’t need to sign so many papers and go to the notary just to purchase a bond but instead, just cash-in and buy in a matter of seconds. My suggestion to the developers is to include more channels to cash in to the app, like 7Eleven, etc.
