Unlike Lalamove and Grab Express which have been a disappointment given the fact that I’ve been trying to book an urgent delivery since yesterday, trying several time slots from early morning to late evening to no avail. Borzo is indeed reliable and fast. Highly recommend for you to switch to Borzo.
Honest review.
I am a business owner and I used to use borzo all the time because of the cheap rates, but the recently ive gotten really bad service every time i try to use their services the past year. I was charged money for a driver asking me to cancel after his tire broke. And then i was charged again in another booking because the rider wanted me to cancel because he wanted to eat lunch. This cancelling of booking happened to me 4 time already. then we had one delivery where the rider delivered it to the wrong address and didnt ask if they were the right receiver. The time it takes to find a rider for a booking is has really prolonged compared to before. The address book powered by google maps is also outdated some addresses dont appear. today i tried to book and the rider wanted me to add additional money apart from the app for his ride cause he didnt know where to go. Im not sure why the service has been rough and slow lately but id rather spend extra money in other delivery apps if i have to go through the hassle of this kind of service because there always seems to be a something inefficient. also the borzo wallet doesnt allow u to withdraw money back if not consumed. Hoping borzo can take these feedback seriously.
BORZO Double Booking
I booked a courier from Borzo/Mr. Speedy for my food order. They made the driver get a second booking while still enroute to my location. However, the 2nd booking was in Makati while I am in Binangonan. It doubled the ETA of the rider and my food is almost spoiled by the time it got to me. I would understand this if it was just a regular parcel or anything BUT FOOD!! For one, food is perishable and you think it’s okay to delay your riders further by giving them double booking? Second, the customers should be aware the riders are double booking and have the option if they will accept that or not! Absolutely ridiculous what you’re doing. Sure it’s good for your riders getting more customers and I’m for that but you need to organize this better and realize the urgency when they are handling food. Your riders will be useless if there are no customers booking because of your service.
