Lacks UI feature
The service is smooth, but please for the sake of the reputation of your application. Work on your UI because its so behind compared to some of the other HYSA app out there. Maybe you can look at Seabank to get you a hint👀
Changed review
BanKo is a great app, their app might lacked in some aspects but the service is great. I was able to get a personal loan which has low interest and payable in 1-3 months. I paid my balance in full even though my 2nd payment is not due. I tried re-availing their loan but it keeps on denying me, I don’t know what happened. Also, it takes minimum of 3 business days after your loan application to update you if you got approved or not.
Resetting MPIN
I had a difficulty resetting my MPIN because the numbers on the keypad disappears when you have to re-type your new MPIN. I had to restart the application and do it again. The position of the numbers is also jumbled up when you have to input your MPIN which makes it difficult for me to make a bank transfer. It also randomly kicks me out of the application due to “No Internet Connectivity” despite having strong internet connection.
