Having difficulty always logging in. I will not recommend this app
Buggy on iOS12, needs A LOT of improvement
The app keeps crashing on an iPhone XS on iOS 12. You’re lucky if you can get one transaction approved before it crashes on itself.
App also needs UI changes to work better with devices that do not have a home button. Some buttons are directly below the home bar so there’s always a chance that you’ll swipe to go home instead of authorizing a transaction.
Aside from these, the functions of the app are severely limited. You can’t even initiate transactions in-app and will have to rely on going on a browser to do so. Defeats the purpose of having an app except to replace the minikey in the old system. Very inconvenient.
Lastly, i’d like to complain about registering devices to your account. THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL TAKES SO LONG TO GET TO MY INBOX THAT BY THE TIME IT DOES THE APP AUTOMATICALLY LOGS ITSELF OUT. The workaround is to press the submit button (or what ever it is called) to let the app know you’re there. Super hassle especially if you’re switching devices.
Crashes. Crashes. Crashes. It’s affecting our finance business operations.
It keeps on crashing ALL THE TIME so our transactions doesn’t proceed. This, then, delays so many things that affects and effects our company.
Please please please resolve this, or pull out your app from the AppStore and just let your clients use any other channels.
