Slow Customer Service
This company is slow in responding assisting your concern. Been canceling my flight for two weeks due to pandemic corona virus but have not received any email regarding my concern. Keep calling on them but they just promised you and no action regarding your concern. Do not patronised this company or you will get hard time in their response when things get rough.
No proper customer service.
My flight has been cancelled due to the pandemic. Their email support is not helpful as it only tells me to wait. My refund has been in finalising refund status for the last four months. No action is taken whenever I email them for the refund.
DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY. ASIDE FROM THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY HAVE HIDDEN CHARGES WHEN YOU BOOK A FLIGHT.
