Troublesome
When I first downloaded the app it was very nice and working smoothly. But after some time, it just suddenly keeps crashing whenever I try to print something. I have to keep reopening it again and again. It's troublesome!
As macOS user, the fact that I can't print directly from Google Docs where I do my works is already a negative thing. I have to do extra work to download it as PDF and print it using the application that doesn't work anymore! Plus, the limited paper sizes!!
Please fix this! It's supposedly to aid users like us but it's not so friendly and convenient.
A lazy way to not provide proper macOS drivers
It is too late when I know that Brother DCP-T420W does not support AirPrint and Brother (based on their website) might not provide macOS drivers. This is silly as this printer is only released this year.
Brother expects macOS users to export everything that needs to print to PDF, and then print it using the Brother iPrint&Scan utility app. This is hilariously annoying!
I hope Apple will provide the proper CUPS driver for this printer. Brother seems to be not that great of a printer company. How I just wished that I just kept my money and bought an Epson instead.
Cannot print directly from applications like MS Word.
Instead of making things efficient, Brother gets rid of productivity by making us go an extra step i.e. convert your document to a PDF first and use this freaking app to print.
Why not just allow us to print directly from any app using a driver like all the other printers? This is just stupid.
