Great Service but Confusing Pricing Model
It truly delivers on the experience and definitely worth it as a service, but the pricing and how it’s tied to your bubble tenure with idols is regrettable. I initially got one ticket just to try it out and I liked it so much that I decided to get more tickets the next day. But I discovered it’s not just as simple as adding more tickets to your subscription, each ticket quantity is it’s own subscription tier. So when I wanted to add 2 more tickets, I needed to cancel my 1-ticket subscription and get the 3-ticket one, but my initial 1-ticket subscription was still active. But since the 1-ticket subscription is redundant, I’ve cancelled it. In a month, my bubble tenure with the one who is on that sub, who is the one I really wanted the service for, will reset and I’m not looking forward to that.
The app does what it has to do and it looks neat and safe for the artist
But the thing that I didn’t like was the way they handle purchases. For example, I bought 1 ticket and subscribed to 1 artist. The next month, I decided to get 2 tickets, one for the same artist that I subscribed last month. The thing is, bubble automatically bills the last subscription and I ended uo having 3. I tried to cancel the first one and my bubble anniversary restarted. Even the added number of characters had to reset. Please fix this and let us subscribe to additional artists without renewing the anniversary everytime we add more.

Recently just switched to a new device but all the history chats have completely disappeared and since I logged into another device it disconnected me from my past device, very disappointing to say the least.

Using the same bubble for JYPnation account, you may restore previous messages.
In the bubble chat room with the artist which you want to restore chats, click on Load Previous Messages to restore the chats.
