Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription. The user may manage subscriptions & may turn off auto-renewal by going to Account Settings after purchase.

Cannot access books even with paid subscription

This app was great until recently. All of a sudden I cannot access books. I get the message that we do not have a subscription. Checked my credit card bill and I was just charged my monthly amount on March 5th.

Tried creating account but same thing happens. I also cannot cancel subscription and re-subscribe.

Good but worrisome

This app has a good collection of materials. But BEWARE, this app would demand a Visa or MAstercard so that it can automatically charge you even if you deleted your credit card or prepaid card info and did not enter the password for in-app purchase.

App Support Offers No Real Solution

I opted for the 6months plan for my preschooler, but unfortunately it doesn’t work like award-winning apps in the Apple Store. It doesn’t let me access the books after subscription. I wrote to the app support team Apple ID info but they asked what email address I used to subscribe so I answered, took them 48 hours to reply. Only to be further disappointed with their reply to login and subscribe from the app. Like, duh how do you think I did it the first time, by logging in and clicking the subscribe button!!! UT just to humor then, I did that, AGAIN. And of course, Apple’s smart system recognised and says I am already subscribed.

Please make your developers and app support after sales as smart as the system you are trying to integrate too!!!!

This is so frustrating!!! We have wasted so many days going back and forth, this is the 5th day and we still can’t access the books.

Anyway the books doesn’t have a Read To Me option, which some other book collection app has.
