Worst Customer Service

My item was stolen (box deliberately ripped open) and instead of helping me, they muted me on their Facebook group page. No wonder there’s never been a negative review cause they will just shut you up. Don’t be fooled.

Would not recommend

Cancelled una kong request to buyforyou. I used this kase walang payment option na cc or paypal. Then when I checked my email, may request is cancelled..so I checked the website at oo nga wala na stock.. I sent another request kase may nakita akong ibang site where they can buy the item, the next day approve na yung request and they now sent an email to pay. So I paid na. I waited the next day for any update but only received an email na cancelled na naman..they did not provide any info bakit cancel. So ako, I checked the website ng pagbibilan nila and okay naman, available pa yung item and same pa rin ng price. Then I contacted their support to ask why na cancel, responsive naman yung agent, sabi ko okay naman na-a-add naman item and may stock pa…sabi ng agent na a-add naman daw sa cart pero pag tinignan na yung cart for check out nag e-error daw.. nag send pa ako ng screenshot na na-add ko naman them nag-po-proceed naman to check out. Not sure pero wala talaga silang emphaty and di sila umiisip ng work around, basta lang nag error ng isang beses cancelled na agad even if they charge 6% + additional 6% for other
charges. Sabi lang agent mag-send nalang daw ulit ng request….Sayang effort. Would not recommend. Waste of time.

Missing Status in My Order

My Order status indicating that the package is en route to customer is missing. It should come after Ready for Delivery and before Order Completed. It would be nice to track the shipment also. Other than this, this app is excellent.
