Auto Deduction for 1 year subscription
I was charged automatically for 1 Year subscription. I did not even use this App - I have already cancelled the subscription prior the renewal because I knew this would happen, but to my surpise, it my cancellation did not even go through. This is the first time I had a problem like this in so many paid apps in App Store. Please do not use this app it's a scam! I will not change this review rating until they refund me.
Edit: As I have mentioned I will update the rating once refund is done. The money was put back in my account thank god. Honestly, the app is great, but the only problem is you should not let people be registered to 1 year subscription automatically.

Automatic subscriptions
Please assist me in obtaining a refund. It charged my card without warning me or sending me an email in beforehand; the annual subscription is unreasonably expensive for me. Please assist me so that 1990 can cover my rent. I hope you considered me as well. It charged my gcash account without alerting me or sending me an email. I did not subscribe to any services. I don't know why it was deducted. I had no idea because the sum deducted was annual and for 1990. It is quite upsetting that you do not have payment verification before deducting any amount. I'll alter the rating after I receive my reimbursement.

Hi, the subscription won't be activated automatically. You may have subscribed to the free trial of premium version but didn’t cancel it during the trial period. When subscribing, it will indicate it is an auto renewal service. Auto deduction
Hi, the app is great, surely it will make things easier for us. The only downside here is that they automatically deduct the subscription fee even after we have deleted/uninstalled the app in our phones (without unsubscribing, they said). But still, it is painful for someone like me who has a very tight budget. I want to have a refund because the money they took from my bank account were intended for something else which is more important as of this moment.
I do hope you will notice this review of mine, and will be able to process my refund immediately. And by the way, I already have contacted the apple support about this matter but still I think that it will make it more faster if I directly raise my concern here in your app. Thank you and I hope you will do some actions about this.
