Canvas Student 4+

This App for me is of great help to students and professors. Especially at times like this that we are experiencing crisis and lock down wherein educational institutions are closed. Students can somehow catch up and exercise their minds than doing nothing at all that helps enhance their knowledge. This app has become a medium that even just at home, you can take quizes and submit requirement online. Learning is a never ending process. Unlearning is for lazy. Yes! some lazy students think of this app as a burden. They have lots of time browsing facebook, sharing memes, watch netflix, do tiktok and play rpg yet when it comes to school requirement, they blab too much! Not generalizing but most students in this generation. And to be fair, some professors also abuse the use of this app. They post too much online work that their students are incapable of finishing within the time limit. This is such a useful app but I hope that users are using it properly.

This app crashes repeatedly on mobile. It is also needlessly complicated, making it hard for new users to learn. Even I have a hard time using it, and I’ve been using it for three years. What is the point of having modules, assignments, and quizzes when they all do the same thing? The to-do list is very faulty, not including some types of assignments. This results in students having to manually check every course. If students rely on the to-do list, they will surely miss some assignments. This app has a load of problems for mobile users in the app. In addition to it crashing, students cannot access some forms embedded in their assignments. Sometimes, students are not able to submit their work, with canvas being no help, just saying SUBMISSION FAILED, TRY AGAIN LATER. This results in students having to go through the extra work of changing the file type of their submissions or even having to submit it in a different manner. In conclusion, this app is the worst LMS I have used in my online classes. I have used 4 so far and this is the worst. I hope developers will fix this. Please make it simpler and fix the technical problems. Thank you.

The app is easy to use, but it crashes sometimes and malfunctions whenever I submit my assignments. Widget suggestion: would be nice if the canvas widget could have additional functions, such as making the submit option and message option just a click away. Hope to see this update soon, thanks!
