worst online shop
First of all the app is great and has a lot of promotions offered. Bur overall, buying an apparel in this online platform is my worst experience ever. I purchased an apparel that i am not satisfied when i received it. I request a return right after I got it. The collection of the item took ages that even my continuous follow up, no actions was taken from their side. Worst they dont mind contacting you about the status and will respond to your follow ups saying they are trying to sort it asap but surely no action will be taken. Just a piece of advise, beware and be mindful when purchasing apparel into this online shop. I suggest you go to the store and buy it so u can return it quickly unlike buying in this online shop that dont seem to care about consumer experience. Worst online shop ever and will not recommend with my friends to buy in this app. Will definitely delete this app once my problem is sorted out…
Worst experience
If I can put without star I will not hesitate to do it. Honestly, all of the items are nice and budget friendly. But the service is worst! I ordered last january end of the month and up until now I didn't receive my order yet. I want to use the items but i cannot, i need to buy again so i can use it for my everyday work. It was shipped already and i was expecting to received it by february 1 as they mentioned in the sms. I called many times but same answer they are telling me, not helpful at all! No one update me what happened to the items, if they will deliver or no. They were saying that they will contact the concerned team but no one updates me! Very worst!!!! I can't believe how their customer service works!
