Ratings and Reviews
Strong Upgrade
It is a strong update of the previous application in terms of user experience and functionality. The layout is simple and the design makes navigation easy, even for those not tech-savvy. It maintains the basic functions of the previous app on fund transfers and bills payment. Mobile check deposit is a highlight feature, providing an alternative to visiting a branch. With a few taps and scan/pic of the check, users can already deposit checks. Also, my credit card account was automatically included in the new app, and users have the option to toggle on/off the accounts depending on your choice of what account to show in the My Accounts screen. However, the absence of the cardless withdrawal feature present in the previous version is a noticeable drawback. The function allowed users to withdraw cash from ATMs without the need of the physical card, and hopefully this will be incorporated soon for users who have come to rely on it. Despite this, the app provides a solid and efficient banking experience. I'm expecting enhancements and new features soon on this app.

ONEderful UPGRADE
CBC App is easy to download from the app store and installation was quick. Upon installing, I find it faster than the old cbc mobile app because the OTP took less than 30seconds to receive. The icons also used in the entire app were easy to understand and makes transaction easier because of the visual it created. The overall font and font size is also enough to be readable which is a plus for elderly user. There's more! Cheque can now be deposited through the app and does not require you to visit branch. Hassle-free! 😀 What I just misses as a user of the old mobile app is the existence of the map of ATM as well as CAM. This is a real gem unique to CBC and beneficial for users who are in a local travel vacation and in need of cash. Overall, the refresh makes you feel home. It extends to the user at a personal level , aesthetically created while still at par with other local banks making banking convenient and secured! ✨

Game Changer Chinabank Digitalization
Love the new features it incorporates to its customer/clients now. Easier to use and more efficient since i don’t have to go to gmail just to check my SOA. Also, love that i can i see now my transactions within the last 30 days since the previous app does not include these feature. It makes my day-to-day life easier since i don’t have to call anymore with regards to my credit transactions or wait for my SOA to verify if the transactions match with my spending. Also, safer to use since it has more security features like the password and then the pin after afterwards just to enter. Overall, this is such a big leap from the previous chinabank app. Cheers to more innovation soon.
