Welcome to CLiQQ! The official 7-Eleven mobile app for CLiQQ WiFi and CliQQ Rewards.

CLiQQ WiFi allows you to access the internet using your points. All 7-Eleven stores are CLiQQ WiFi zones. Convert your POINTS to MB when you run out of CLiQQ WiFi Credits.

CLiQQ Rewards is 7-Eleven's loyalty program (formerly Every Day! Rewards).

- Earn points by presenting your loyalty barcode every time you buy at 7-Eleven. Get your loyalty barcode for free by downloading our mobile app. If you have an Every Day! Rewards card, you may link it to the mobile app to combine your points. We recommend using the mobile app so you always have your barcode with you.
- Browse the rewards catalog and redeem using your points or e-stamps
- Check your point balance, brand e-stamps and raffle entries
- Send points, brand e-stamps and rewards to friends

Notes:
- Point and e-stamp balances and raffle entries are normally updated 15 minutes after purchase, but network conditions due to telco issues may sometimes result to delayed updates. Rest assured your points, e-stamps or raffle entries will be credited as soon as network conditions normalize.

Way behind the race

Function-wise, this app offers great variety of features. But in making transactions, specially in entering the CLiQQ Wallet section, the app runs very slow, that every tap you make makes you wait an unnecessary amount of time just to proceed, something that is not existing on other apps like this one. Same thing when going back to the previous screen.

Please do some bug fixes, or fully revamp this app, or best, make a new CLiQQ app and scrap this one.

Unreliable,inconvenient and awful customer service

App never works. Called customer service for assistance and was told that my account works and there is no issue only to find out the next day that it is not working again. Called again for support, no helpful information provided and was informed that call issue will be escalated. Ask for a supervisor they can only answer via email. When supervisor answered the email, it asked for details provided during the call and no information was provided on what is the status of the acct and at least an explanation why it is not working. No resolution was provided and no turn around time on when the issue will be fixed. Now my money on the app is unusable and can not be taken back. I can not also use it to purchase because it never works. Awful and irate customer service. Awful app! Do not use it! Do not download it. Nobody will give an answer on how you can spend your own money and how to get it back! Terrible service, Useless app!

Unreliable app, Awful customer service.

When trying to add E-money such as G-Cash an error pop-up often shows “there’s an issue with our partner, try again later” but when you visit the actual Globe branch to add e-money it turns out their system runs completely fine.

Even during the time Cliqq kiosks were still in the 7-11 stores using them was riddled full of errors leaving customers frustrated. You removed the kiosks and replaced it with the app but even the app is useless most of the time.

“In:Re Suspension of money deposit/usage functionality from March 17-indefinitely..”

Not only have you not made a decent effort in notifying your clients of the suspension in a timely manner or in a way that all Cliqq app users would have absolutely be notified, you retired the only useful function of this app. In this time of crisis, the money deposit functionality could have served to the convenience of many in this lockdown situation. The indefinite suspension of service made the app a useless, waste of space.

You only get to know that Cliqq services are down when they are actually down, never ahead of time. The app has been riddled with bugs and errors even way before this March 17 service suspension. The failure to notify clients ahead of time of the suspension of service via reasonable means is proof yet again that the management team is incompetent and irresponsible.

For everyone’s safety, bills payment, remittance, top-up (prepaid load) and cash-in transactions via the CLiQQ app and CLiQQ kiosks will be put on hold from March 17 until further notice. Please follow our official FB page for updates. Thank you!
