CLiQQ Rewards is 7-Eleven's loyalty program (formerly Every Day! Rewards).
- Earn points by presenting your loyalty barcode every time you buy at 7-Eleven. Get your loyalty barcode for free by downloading our mobile app. If you have an Every Day! Rewards card, you may link it to the mobile app to combine your points. We recommend using the mobile app so you always have your barcode with you.
- Browse the rewards catalog and redeem using your points or e-stamps
- Check your point balance, brand e-stamps and raffle entries
- Send points, brand e-stamps and rewards to friends
- Point and e-stamp balances and raffle entries are normally updated 15 minutes after purchase, but network conditions due to telco issues may sometimes result to delayed updates. Rest assured your points, e-stamps or raffle entries will be credited as soon as network conditions normalize.

Name changes, better UI please
Hello Cliqq team. I’d like to suggest changing your application name into just 7 Eleven Philippines or something similar to that - just like the Starbucks ph app. It would be much more convenient, and not everyone knows Cliqq, they know 7eleven better, and for the UI, please hire better designers as it looks boring. I dont think customers are entirely happy over the design, it looks plain and theres no dark mode. Would like to see some changes.

The app was basically designed as an efficient way of earning and redeeming loyalty points for your purchases at any 7-Eleven store aside from using the Rewards Card. Unreliable app, Awful customer service.
When trying to add E-money such as G-Cash an error pop-up often shows “there’s an issue with our partner, try again later” but when you visit the actual Globe branch to add e-money it turns out their system runs completely fine.
Even during the time Cliqq kiosks were still in the 7-11 stores using them was riddled full of errors leaving customers frustrated. You removed the kiosks and replaced it with the app but even the app is useless most of the time.
“In:Re Suspension of money deposit/usage functionality from March 17-indefinitely..”
Not only have you not made a decent effort in notifying your clients of the suspension in a timely manner or in a way that all Cliqq app users would have absolutely be notified, you retired the only useful function of this app. In this time of crisis, the money deposit functionality could have served to the convenience of many in this lockdown situation. The indefinite suspension of service made the app a useless, waste of space.
You only get to know that Cliqq services are down when they are actually down, never ahead of time. The app has been riddled with bugs and errors even way before this March 17 service suspension. The failure to notify clients ahead of time of the suspension of service via reasonable means is proof yet again that the management team is incompetent and irresponsible.

Really helpful but...
The app is really helpful and convenient, but the problem is it doesn’t have a sort of “auto fill up” setting for regular monthly bill payments. I need to type everything (from account nos. to amount) over and over again, which somehow takes time. Also, it’s better if it has an edit (and cancel) button for unprocessed payments, so you don’t need to retype everything in case you got a portion of it (like incorrect account no.) wrong. Hope you would consider this suggestion. Thanks.
