Very Helpful Since 2014

Been using this app since 2014, and I’m very grateful for it. I’ve been irregular with my period due to work related stress, thankfully, this app helped me monitor my cycles which also helped me find the right diet and lifestyle to help me with my hormones. Although I’ve only been using the basic features, I’m still thankful the app has been consistent throughout the years. My only gripe is you can no longer access your records offline. When I went for a checkup with an OBGyne, I had to provide my cycle information, that’s when I discovered that there’s no more offline features 😢 Thankfully the hospital had free wifi for patients. But what if they didn’t? I hope you bring back the offline records, just so we can check our cycles even when there’s no internet, especially during emergencies.

Hey there, thank you so much for your positive feedback and we're glad that you could use the hospital's wi-fi to check your data. The reason we changed the app’s offline logic on our new platform is so we can reduce the risk of data loss. The most common type of data loss which occurred on the previous version of Clue app was to do with errors during offline syncing. By making this change, we can minimize data loss happening and also solve issues quicker when someone does encounter a problem. This used to be great…

I’ve been a user for YEARS. Even when another app came in and became popular among other girls, I stuck with Clue because I loved the classic/mature design whereas the other app looked cartoonish. But now not only did they change the UI design, the app just became unusable. The cycle round thing is so confusing and hard to navigate, I used to move it around to see what I can expect on a certain date. The categories for tracking are so much harder to find now. It takes too much time to scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN just for one category. I used to track different things but now I solely track my period only. But the WORST change this app has received is that you can no longer access it while offline. I used to be able to pull up the app while offline and log my trackings and it’ll sync all the changes I’ve made once it goes online again. But now when offline it’s literally unusable.

I’m thinking of switching to the other app (although I still don’t like their design). I have no idea how they work cause I never tried them but maybe they’re popular for a reason. Top 3 on the app store 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey, thanks for reaching out. You unfortunately can’t use Clue offline anymore. We made this change to decrease the chances of data loss. In the previous version of the app, offline syncing was causing errors resulting in data loss. We understand if this is frustrating for you. We’ll take your feedback into account. when i first downloaded the app i wasn’t really expecting much with it. (like most do.) i just wanted to test something out, and also use something to track my daily life, tbh.

i’ve used it for over two months now, and it’s now just starting to predict more accurately as i assume that it’s taken enough data. and it’s also predicted the day that i start my period this month on the dot, which is honestly really great, because now, i get to adjust my schedule around it.

the app is really great!! i don’t blame the 2 month set up as they really do need to get all the data before they can apply the predictions. just don’t forget to input everyday, and it’s gonna be perfect!!
