I had hard time trading with Coinbase platform before, but the more I learn aboit trading, the more a begin to appreciate Coinbase. Their platform is very user-friendly, very easy to deal with, and I like their very user friendly, moving average exponential and indicators. I use it all the time, even if I am using other trading platforms.
Long live in Coinbase! You are doing a great job. Thank you very much for opening to us the opportunity to trade with you.
Issues with my account not resolved until now
My account was restricted and even after submitting documents many times still it was restricted to send money. There’s no clear customer support
Utterly Disappointing
Despite all the good reviews, the app is severely lacking in customer support-- something that is of utmost importance in trading crypto since everything is quick. My account recently got verified and I immediately encountered a problem: my account has been restricted even though I haven't done anything AT ALL. I searched for all means to solve my issue and figured there aren't any forums or FAQS, etc. that answer my problem; and so I contacted customer support. What I got was a vague reply that does nothing to help. The fees are also relatively high compared to other apps that are just on par with this. Disappointing. Will never use again.
