•The app would be better if there is a way to know if your crypto balance already profited and how many percent per coin value just like on Maya. It is really hard to know specially when you are scalping on Coins Pro. There should also be an option on how many percent your individual crypto earned in 24hrs and all-time.•Also the Crypto order history in Coins pro should be organize on the day the order was triggered not on the day it was created to avoid confusion when users are putting multiple orders and monitoring if their orders were triggered.

Thanks for approving my request about my identity but I’m sorry I will still rate you 1 star because you make things so hard, complicated and inconvenience on my end. You gave me form for your KYC and I did answer it truthfully to the best of my knowledge and as honest as I can. Not because I’m only just a housewife I don’t have the capacity to cash in my wallet. I don’t believe that only an employed person has the capacity to support whatever funds is that. After all, you have a unemployed button if that’s the truth and thats my status in life so what do you want me to answer lie rather than telling the truth? so what’s the use of that button If your not accepting unemployed persons? Reality check: for sure mas may pera pa ang unemployed kaysa sa mga taong may work dyan na lubog sa madaming utang. what your doing is discriminating a person like me before nyo ako i discriminate check my credentials sa credit cards association you will see that I don’t have past dues to all my credit cards that I have so better na piliin nyo mga taong ididiscriminate nyo kasi nakaka offend na kayo. 11 days is too long para maresolve nyo ang issue and at the end you have other options pala dapat from the very start sinabi nyo na yung options na I can able to get my funds to western union as long as I have my mtcn. since I asked the team many times how to get back my funds dba eh pinatagal nyo pa. Pinahirapan nyo pa client nyo. binibida ko pa naman kau sa lahat ng connections ko tska dami ko na refer sa inyo pero ngaun hindi na kasi mapapahiya lang ako sa mga kakilala ko kasi you have poor Customer Service. Too bad... 😠😠😠😠😠

I am just a new user of this app but I can already see how sturdy and actually appealing this app is judging by its interface. The services offered I would say is ‘just enough’ given that you have the minimum essentials but not everything is available compared to its other competitors. But what brings out the best of this app amongst others is it’s capability to virtually load your beep card through NFC which eases the hassle of bringing your card to the counter and fall into the agony of long lines just to get it reloaded. Sadly for iPhone users, this is not possible because the old iOS versions would only allow the NFC chip in the iphone to read tags. With the new iOS 13, it is already possible to read and write which means....I’m waiting for the team to have an update that would allow us to load our beep cards. By then, I’m giving this app a 5 out of 5 rating. Thanks!

Do not waste your time on this interview KYC. They have disabled my account long before this KYC. I have provided 3 different documents listed on their requirement for level 3, but they rejected it. I gave them my TOR, Valid IDs, bill from a cellular company. Now after this interview, they emailed me and asking for my Certificate of Employment with my visible salary? Have you ever seen a COE that has indicated salary?? This is ridiculous. I did not make any transaction involving my salary using this app. I clearly told them that I used the app for receiving/remittances from my husband. But they said just provide a Statement of Account from my Bank, I asked them why bc it’s obviously too much plus my account from other bank is private! I asked them if they have a court order since you don’t just give this to anybody. They said bc they are affiliated to BSP. Regardless of BSP, they should have a valid document on requesting this matter. Their KYC interview is basically useless.
