Colonies at War is a game set in the 19th century during the rush by colonial powers to colonize the known world. It's a game of building armies and crushing enemies. Pick one of the 28 nations available, look for the best lands nearby, then send in your armies to conquer them. Make allies of your friends, and war on your enemies. Build your navies to control the seas and become the greatest nation in history.

GREAT GAME! But….

I don’t have a really high expectation of this, I only downloaded this because I’m depressed and have nothing to do except contemplate philosophical questions. Man, I was wrong, Its a really good game actually, Its just like world conqueror by easy tech but more simple and easier to use. I really recommended for anybody who wanted a simple strategy war game. And also, please can you show me on how to send my troops to the sea, like how? I got frustrated sometimes when I stuck landlocked while my enemies recreating Normandy on my shores, overall Great Game! I also recommended add a sandbox mode where the player will feel like a God trying to create alternate histories (USA vs Britain in WW1). A story or campaign mode where you played as a heroic general in history or in an important event like Robert E Lee (Confederates), Invasion of Russia (Napoleonic Wars), Siege of Veracruz (Mexican-American War). Overall, A really great game. 😉👌

Hi, Thanks for your review. Your ideas are great but my time is limited. Please look at my tutorial, videos, website. you should find you answer there. Particularly the video on building a fleet, it shows how to land from one land across the sea to another land.

A bug!?!?

In the tutorial about diplomacy it says I have to click on the territory but I can only seem to click the garrison and that’s it

Hi, Thanks for your review. Yes, when you tap on a garrison/army/land of any another nation you should see the 'Parley' button at the bottom righthand side of the screen. Don't tap on your nation for diplomacy, you are the Sioux (Indians) in this tutorial. I hope this helps. John
